No — we're specialists in the documentation, which is what a visa application actually is. We determine which visa fits, assemble and format every document, handle the apostilles and certified translations, and file the application. That is the part that decides whether you're approved.

No hourly billing, no hidden fees, no add-ons at the end. Government filing fees are separate and paid directly by you to the Colombian authorities; those are set by the government and are the same no matter who files for you.
You can, and for a small number of genuinely complex cases you probably should. But for most applicants it means paying $250–400 an hour for work that isn't legal work — collecting documents, getting them apostilled by the correct office, having them translated by someone Colombia recognizes, completing a form and submitting it. Demanding and unforgiving, but not law.
